Measure 37 was passed in November of 2004 by a
margin of some 61% of Oregon voters. Whether you are a land owner, public
official or develop Measure 37 has some very interesting twists that are sure to
make life more interesting when dealing with land use and its implementation.

listed previous Statutes, Goals and Policies for help with researching what
regulations were in place from years past. Measure 37 requires the review
of the regulations that were in place at the time the land was purchased.
